It means that until the end of the conflict in Ukraine, he will step down from office and will not participate in new elections.
This remark is more like "empty talk". After all, it is still unknown when the Russia-Ukraine conflict will end. No matter from which angle you look at it, it is a protracted tug-of-war.
And at the United Nations General Assembly, Zelensky also made it clear that he would open up arms exports, hoping to show partners reliable weapon systems that have been tested in actual combat.
It appears that Zelensky intends to take the "real war test" as a selling point, relying on the sale of his own drones to compensate for the "economic loss" caused by the war.
From the present perspective, the Russian-Ukrainian war has become increasingly strange, and the purpose of the Russian side’s choice to continue the war has become increasingly evident.
