In order to safeguard national sovereignty, security and development interests, in accordance with relevant laws such as the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, the National Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China, the Unreliable Entity List Working Mechanism, in accordance with the Unreliable Entity List Provisions, Article 2, Article 8 and Article 10, decided to include three entities such as Saronic Technologies, Inc., Aerkomm Inc., International Ocean Engineering Corporation, Inc. in the Unreliable Entity List, and took the following handling measures:

1. The above-mentioned enterprises are prohibited from engaging in import and export activities related to China;

Both companies are prohibited from adding new investments in China.

Matters not covered in this announcement shall be implemented in accordance with the Regulations on the List of Unreliable Entities.

This notice applies from the date of publication.
