In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Export Control Regulations of the People's Republic of China, in order to safeguard national security and interests, and to fulfill international obligations such as anti-proliferation, it was decided to include three U.S. entities such as Huntington-Engels Industrial Company in the export control control control list (see Annex), and to take the following measures:

Export of dual-use items to the three aforementioned U.S. entities shall be prohibited; relevant export activities underway shall be immediately stopped.

2. If it is really necessary to export under special circumstances, the export operator shall apply to the Ministry of Commerce.

This notice is officially implemented from the date of its publication.
