On Monday, Defense Minister Singer confirmed that India has successfully launched a medium-range "Fire-Prime" missile from the orbital mobile launch system, which is the first time the country has launched a missile using a specially designed orbital mobile launch system.

Indian Defense Minister Singh said on social media that the "Fire-Prime" missile has a range of up to 2,000 kilometers.
