Russia's First Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Polyansky, said there was no evidence that Russia violated Estonia's airspace and he accused European countries of shaping Russia as an enemy.

China calls on the parties to calm down to prevent escalation

China pointed out that the incident discussed by the Security Council on the 22nd and the drone incident discussed a few days ago are both spillover results of the Ukrainian crisis. As long as the crisis in Ukraine is not resolved and the war lasts for one more day, similar incidents may happen again. Therefore, the urgent and fundamental strategy is to achieve an early political solution to the Ukrainian crisis and build a balanced, effective and sustainable European security architecture.
