Through the demonstration of our technology, after we adopted wet processing technology, the quality of cassava flour was obviously improved, and aflatoxin was basically undetectable. A large number of local potato growers choose to sell the potatoes produced in their own land to Chinese farms, so that they can not only quickly transform the potatoes, but also save time in their own land for digging, soaking, drying and other processing, the potatoes can be planted immediately after the harvest.
