We first tested its soil and found that the soil organic matter in this country was relatively small. We then improved these planting soils, and the original local farming habits did not have the concept of row spacing. Through our guidance, the local planting yield has been greatly improved, and the current crop yield has doubled.

Because the roots, stems, leaves and bark of cassava contain cyanoglycosides, they need to be properly processed before they can be safely eaten. Congolese (Brazzaville) people's traditional treatment methods are difficult to ensure food safety and hygiene; The country has a six-month rainy season every year, during which it is difficult to process cassava and make cassava flour. Since the traditionally produced cassava flour is not aseptically treated, mildew often occurs when stored in the rainy season.

Zhang Zheng, Chief Scientist of China's National Potato Industry Technology System, said:The most important problem here is that cassava will produce many toxic substances during fermentation, including aflatoxins. Through the demonstration of our technology, after we adopted wet processing technology, the quality of cassava flour was obviously improved, and aflatoxin was basically undetectable.

A large number of local potato growers choose to sell the potatoes produced in their own land to Chinese farms, so that they can not only quickly transform the potatoes, but also save time in their own land for digging, soaking, drying and other processing, the potatoes can be planted immediately after the harvest.

Growing potatoes:During the harvest operation, the Chinese side will send people to help us speed up the operation progress and ensure the smooth completion of the harvest. Compared with traditional agriculture, we are entering a modern agricultural model.

China will filter and purify the potatoes after leather, remove the bacteria, heavy metals, organic pollutants, etc., carry out automatic drying and grinding, and the finished products will be placed on the market after various tests.This not only accelerates the processing time but also ensures the safety and hygiene of food, so that the production efficiency of potato powder has improved 15 times.
