President Tshisekedi of the Democratic Republic of the Congo said on the 22nd local time that the peace agreement signed by the country with Rwanda in June this year under the mediation of the United States did not quell the war in the eastern part of the country. While attending the United Nations General Assembly in New York, Zizekdi told reporters that the Congo would cooperate with the United States in mining, infrastructure construction, etc., but that does not mean that the Congo would "auction our mineral resources" to the United States.
