The case of former South Korean President Yin Xi Jinping's wife Kim Jiangxi is scheduled to be officially tried on 24 September.The Seoul Central District Court announced on 22 September that it will allow media to shoot at the scene, when the scene of Kim Jiangxi appearing in court as an accused will be made public for the first time.

According to South Korean media reports, the Seoul Central District Court will hold the first hearing on the corruption case involving Kim Jong-il at 14:10 on the 24th. The court said it would allow media agencies to take photos and videos at the courtroom and publish them to the outside.

According to relevant regulations, shooting is usually limited to before the trial begins, and it is forbidden to shoot the bench area. The court said that in order to maintain the order of the court and ensure the smooth progress of shooting, media reporters must shoot in the designated area. When the judge announces the end of filming, the media reporters must leave immediately.

On August 29, the "Kim Sheng Hit Inspection Group" responsible for the investigation of related cases filed a public prosecution against her on the grounds of alleged violations of the "Capital Market Law", "Political Fund Law", "Specific Crimes Enhanced Punishment Law".

The special inspection team accused Jin Jianxi of manipulating the stock price and illegally making a profit of 810 million won (about 4.15 million yuan). She is also suspected of accepting free opinion polling services from political brokers together with Yoon Seok-yue before the 2022 presidential election. In addition, Jin Jianxi was also accused of accepting bribes such as brand-name bags.

The Seoul Central District Court issued an arrest warrant on August 12 against Kim Jiangxi, who has been detained since then. The Special Prosecutor¡¯s Office has called her several times, but she has remained silent on most of the interrogation.
