The travel panda "Joy" and "Circle" will return home in November

According to news from the Beauvais Wildlife Park in the French province of Louvre-sur-Mer, the star of the big panda "Joy" and "Douglas", who has lived in France for 13 years, will return to China in November this year.

DeLoreau, director of the zoo, told the media on the 22nd that the decision to return to China early was made after consultation with relevant Chinese departments. He explained that the female panda "Joy" was diagnosed with kidney failure and therefore needed to return to China for more appropriate care. DeLoreau added that despite health problems, "Joy" stillins good appetite and normal behavior.

"Huanhuan" and "Yuanzai" arrived in France in 2012, becoming the first long-term giant pandas in France, and becoming household names in Beauval Zoo. Their return not only means the departure of two star animals in the park, but also marks the opening of a new stage of Sino-French giant panda scientific research cooperation.
