In May this year, Hado died in the pool of a villa in Bali, but police received the report until four days after he died. When he arrived at the scene, the relevant evidence had long been destroyed. Her mother said her son's body was returned to Australia only four weeks after his death, with several incisions and scars on the body, blood traces on the towel that wrapped the body, and the heart of the son was removed.

Indonesian forensic doctors explained that because the police requested judicial autopsy, it was necessary to keep important organs such as the heart without the consent of family members. Regarding the scars of the remains, he said that illegal acts were not ruled out.

After many negotiations, Hardy¡¯s heart was eventually sent back to Australia months after his death, with his parents paying an additional $700 ($3,824) for the delivery of the heart.
