According to media such as Columbia Broadcasting Company (CBS), Newsweek and other local time on the 22nd, U.S. customs officials at Tampa Airport, Florida, found a human skull in a passenger's luggage, customs and border protection officials said they confiscated and destroyed it.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials said on Tuesday that the passenger had declared 10 cigars, but was found carrying a bag of human remains.

“The traveler said the items were used for the ceremony but were confiscated and destroyed due to serious health risks,” a U.S. Customs and Border Protection official said.
