The National Association of Software and Services Enterprises of India (Nasscom) said in a statement on September 21, that the United States ordered an annual fee of $100,000 for H-1B visa applications, which would have an impact on India's technology services companies. This would also affect Indians holding H-1B visas for the world and Indian companies, and Nasscom said it was still evaluating further details of the order, but such adjustments could lead to a chain response to the U.S. innovation ecosystem and the wider employment economy.
