US restricts travel of Brazilian health minister, Brazil protests against its violation of international agreements

The statement said that because of the U.S. imposed "unfounded and arbitrary" diplomatic restrictions, Padilla decided to cancel the trip. The statement said that the delegation of the Brazilian Ministry of Health in New York and Washington will continue to advance the relevant negotiations.
