"Syrian * Forces" say seven civilians were killed in Syrian attack

The Syrian Democratic Forces, led by the Syrian Kurdish armed forces, issued a statement on social media on September 20, saying that the armed forces under the provisional authorities carried out drone attacks and artillery attacks on the northern province of Aleppo on the same day, resulting in seven civilians killed and four wounded.

The statement said that at around 7 o'clock that night, armed forces under the Syrian interim authorities attacked Umm Tina village in Deir Hafir area in eastern Aleppo province with several drones, and immediately launched fierce shelling, killing seven people, including two children, and injuring four others.

The Syrian interim authorities have not yet responded to this. Some Syrian media reported earlier on the 20th that "Syrian * Forces" shelled Tyler Maz village in eastern Aleppo province that day.

The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also referred to the armed shelling of Syrian provisional authorities in the village of Um Tiana and said the armed forces of the provisional authorities and the “Syrian Democratic Forces” erupted conflict in the del-Hafel region on the same day.

At the end of last year, the armed forces led by Ahmed Saleh announced the “liberation of Damascus and the overthrow of the Assad regime”, followed by the formation of a transitional administrative department and the “Syrian Democratic Forces” led by the Kurdish armed “People’s Protection Forces”, which now control large parts of northern and eastern Syria. In March this year, the “Syrian Democratic Forces” signed an agreement with the Syrian provisional authorities to agree to integrate into the state institutions, but the agreement was not implemented smoothly.
