According to CCTV International Times, September 18 is the day of the movie "731" premiere, Japanese Senate senator Shandong said in an interview that he hoped the Japanese government could take this as an opportunity to acknowledge the 731 forces' aggression crimes.

In the interview, he also asked if 731 would be released in Japan, but he also said that if the film was released in Japan, the cinemas would surely be harassed.

According to public information, Shandong was born in November 1984 and is a senator of the Communist Party of Japan.

He spoke twice in Congress in March and April of this year, using the relevant historical data he found about the invasion of the Chinese Japanese Army for bacterial warfare, pointing out that the Japanese government's allegations that "can not find public documents that can show the activity of the 731 forces" is a fraud.

In March this year, Japanese Communist senator Shenyang demonstrated in Congress the history of the invasion of the 73rd Unit of the Chinese Japanese Army (also referred to as the "731 Force") conducted human experiments, urging the Japanese government to look at history and acknowledge the facts.

In an interview with the Global Times, Shandong said: “A government that cannot look back on history is not qualified to talk about the future. If it is not clearly recognized that its country has made mistakes, it is impossible to prevent future mistakes from happening again. I believe that in the context of the 80th anniversary of the post-war era, the Japanese government should correctly recognize and acknowledge what it has done in the war and spread it across the country, which is a necessary task to prevent future mistakes.”
