Tesla FSD frequent failures on railway lines complained US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration intervened

[Global Network Technology Comprehensive Report] September 18th news, according to NBC News, six Tesla owners who used FSD recently said in an interview that they encountered FSD technical failure at the railway crossing and did not correctly identify the railway crossing.

Tesla’s FSD software is an extra-paid driver assistance suite that the company advertises as “the future of transportation” and can navigate “almost anywhere” under the active supervision of the driver.

On Tesla’s online forums, complaints are even more widespread, with drivers typically describing similar accidents on the forum, but not publishing videos.NBC News found 40 cases since 2023, including the latest post in August, on the social platform.

U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Authority regulators told NBC News in a statement that they had raised the issue to Tesla.The agency said, “We have been aware of the incident and have communicated with the manufacturer.”

Musk did not appear to mention the complaints, but he said Tesla plans to make a major update to the FSD software by the end of September.
