NATO crisis situation escalates
The recent situation on the eastern wing of NATO is like burning water, and the eyes will boil.
On the one hand, the "Guardian of the East" initiative continues to expand, and on the other hand, the Polish drone incident has added fire. The two sides have come together to make the situation tense.
From the statement on the NATO website can be seen that Spain, Italy, Britain and Sweden have all announced that they will join the “Guardians of the East” initiative.
Then NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte made another statement on Friday, saying that the "Eastern Sentinel" operation would be launched. Anyone with a discerning eye could see that this was to strengthen the defense deployment of the east flank through the Polish drone.
The action is even more unambiguous, and all countries have begun to deploy troops to relevant regions.
Germany had sent four European fighter jets in advance, which had already been stationed at an airbase in northeastern Poland; and the Czech Republic had not stopped, sending three helicopters by September 14.
Denmark said it would give fighter jets and air defense patrol ships, and Spain and Britain will soon announce how to help, and Italy and Sweden have expressed their willingness to provide help.

Unmanned attack

What Belarus came out to say made this matter more complicated.
Deputy Prime Minister and Chief of the General Staff of the Ministry of Defence of Belarus Major General Pavel Murawiecko revealed that they had told Poland and Lithuania in the evening about drones approaching the border, and Warsaw had previously told Minsk that drones were coming from within Ukraine.
He also said that the Belarusian air defense forces have been tracking those drones that have been hacked by electronic warfare at night, and some of the "disappeared" drones have been destroyed in their territory.
Russian presidential press secretary Peskov also said the Kremlin did not receive any contact requests from Polish leadership, and accused the EU and NATO leadership of “telling Russian provocations every day but never giving arguments.”
