On the day of turmoil between the February Revolution and the October Revolution, a mass rally in St. Petersburg was dispersed by gunfire by the provisional government army.

On March 15, 1917, the Provisional Government of Russia was established. The great landlord Liovov was appointed President of the Provisional Government, the Constitutional Democratic Party was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the party leader of October was appointed Minister of the Navy. In 1917, the February Revolution broke out in Russia and overthrew the tsarist rule. The workers and soldiers of Petrograd established their own revolutionary regime - the Soviets. In the Soviet leadership, the Mensheviks and the Social Revolutionists occupied the majority. They believed that the proletariat was powerless.

So let the bourgeoisie organize the government. The provisional government pursued the bourgeois reactionary policy, continued the sinful imperialist war, suppressed the revolutionary movement of the domestic people, and thus produced the July bloodshed and seized all of the regime. After the July bloodshed events, the Socialist Revolutionary Kerensky replaced Levov as Prime Minister of the provisional government, and further insanely launched an offensive against the revolutionary people. The October Socialist Revolution overthrew this reactionary provisional government. It existed only eight months.
