Today, 47 years ago, on March 7, 1978 (January 29, 1978), the university reinstated its title. On March 7, 1978, the Ministry of Education of the State Council approved the "Request Report on the Restoration and Improvement of Higher Schools". It was decided to continue to implement the "Provisional Provisions on the Name of Higher School Teachers and the Determination and Improvement Measures" issued by the State Council in 1960 before the State Council issued new regulations, to restore the title of former professors, deputy professors, lecturers and assistants.
