In a joint news conference with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, Mr. Rubio said that if Iran possesses nuclear weapons and missiles capable of delivering these weapons at a distance, ¡°this is an unacceptable risk, not only for Israel, for the United States, but for the whole world.¡±
