Breaking-News >> TodayHistory Shanghai cotton factory workers strike
On February 9, 1925, the workers of the Japanese cotton mill in Shanghai held a strike. The strike caused the Japanese capitalists to dismiss a group of men and women workers and detain workers' representatives. There were over 40,000 people in the strike of 22 cotton mills. The Japanese imperialists attempted to dismantle the destruction by means of capture, acquisition, falsehoods, and other means, all failed; the military ship armed demonstration was launched; and the Japanese ambassador to China to the Chinese military valve government proposed an interference and prompted the military valve government to interfere with the strike, which still did not work.
