Huawei said that the scope of the transaction includes Samsung¡¯s SDI production lines, operations, personnel and intellectual property in South Korea and China.

According to the announcement documents released by Samsung SDI, the amount of the transaction is approximately 1.12 trillion yuan ($1,393 yuan) and the sales range includes Samsung SDI's production and sales business in Qingzhou and the waterfront region in South Korea, as well as the 100% stake in Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.
