On February 3, 1959, the Chinese Government and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam signed in Beijing the Agreement on Economic and Technical Assistance to the Government of Vietnam, the Protocol on the Agreement on the Government of China for Economic and Technical Assistance to the Government of Vietnam, the Protocol on the Government of China for Technical Assistance to the Government of Vietnam, the Agreement on the Government of China for Free Assistance to the Government of Vietnam, the Protocol on the Government of China for Support to the Government of Vietnam in 1959, the Agreement on Mutual Supply of Goods and Payments between the Government of China and the Government of Vietnam in 1959 and the Long-term Trade Agreement between the Government of China and the Government of Vietnam from 1960 to 1962.
