Today, 70 years ago, on June 18, 1955 (April 28, 1955), the state staff reformed the monetary wage system. On June 18, 1955, the State Council issued the "Notice on the implementation of the wage system of treatment of all State staff members". The notification stipulates that since July, the original implementation of the interference treatment of some State staff members was changed to wage treatment, and all living expenses of employees and their families, including living in public houses, using public furniture, using water and electricity, were borne by individuals, and all expenses of the current regulation were abolished. The method of calculation of wage distribution was also abolished, and the monetary wage system was reformed.
