In the period 93 years ago today, on 7 January 1932 (November 30, 1931), the United States adopted non-recognitionism. Stalinism, also known as "non-recognitionism", is a concrete expression of American neutrality policy. In the early 1930s, the United States, deeply hit by the economic crisis, in order to avoid failure in the diplomatic activities to win the international market, decided to implement a policy of neutrality marked by isolationism. In 1931, Japan launched the "Ninth Eighth Incident", violating the interests of the United States in the north-east of China. The United States not only did not condemn this aggression, but instead agreed with Japan. On 3 January 1932, Japan invaded Qingzhou and pushed into China. On 7 January, the U.S. Secretary of State, Mr.
