On November 26, 1984, a bombed car exploded in front of the U.S. Embassy in Colombia, killing a Colombian woman and wounding two Colombian youths. The car exploded at three o¡¯clock in the afternoon. The glass of the U.S. Embassy¡¯s street building was almost completely broken, but no ambassador was killed.
