On March 23, 1933 (February 28, 1933) the German parliament had given Hitler dictatorship. The congressman in the late hearing of Hitler's speech on March 23, 1933 said that observers initially suspected Hitler's desire to obtain the power, and he finally got it. He got the fact dictatorship, and the German parliament was temporarily suspended, and forever. The congressman's final action was actually to grant the supreme power to Hitler's cabinet, rather than to be granted to him as a Nazi leader.
