August 4, 1900 Fire in Northeast China
Today, 125 years ago, on August 4, 1900 (July 10, 1900), the northeastern Chinatown burned fire. Now known as the Black River city, located on the western shore of the Black River River, and the Russian city of Bragovichensk faced the river. In the summer of 1900, the Russian army invaded the northeastern China. On August 4, more than ten thousand Russian troops divided water into the city. 3000 guard troops resisted for seven hours, killed more than 300 people, and then withdrew.
