Alfred Kingsley and Clara Kingsley In December 1948, a professor from the University of Indiana published an astonishing report entitled “Men’s Sexual Behavior.” The author Alfred-Kingsley was a biologist and zoologist. Before he began to study very difficult humans, he had rigorously studied birds and bees. He and several of his assistants surveyed 5,300 white men to understand their personal habits. Those people were asked about the frequency of masturbation, orgasm, kissing, marital or extra-marital behavior. Police have tried to intervene in investigating and blocking the final publication of this book. Some libraries are reluctant to put such books on their shelves
