President of the Federal Parliament of Czechoslovakia, Dubček, died on November 7, 1992.
Today, 33 years ago, on November 7, 1992 (Calendar, October 13, 1992) former Czechoslovak Federal Assembly President Dubček died. On the evening of November 7, 1992, former Czechoslovak Federal Assembly President Alexander Dubček died in Prague at the age of 71. Dubček was seriously injured in a car accident in early September. He remained in a state of coma due to excessive injuries and after several surgeries. Dubček served as the First Secretary of the Czechoslovak Central Committee. He was dismissed after the “Prague Incidents” in 1968.
