Louis Victor de Broglie (born 1892.08.15¨C1987.03.19) was a French theoretical physicist, founder of wave dynamics, founder of material wave theory, and one of the founders of quantum mechanics.
He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1929, professor of theoretical physics at the University of Paris in 1932 and member of the French Academy of Sciences in 1933.
Louis-Victor de Broglie was born on August 15, 1892 in Dieppe, a French noble family. The De Broglie family was famous in the French army, politics and diplomacy since the 17th century, serving the kings of France for hundreds of years on the battlefield and in diplomacy. In 1740 Louis-Victor de Broglie gave each member of the family the seal of Duke de Broglie, the son of the first-generation Duke had fought for the Habsburg family during the seven-year war, and was elected to the French National Assembly in 1871 as a member of the Holy Roman Empire (prince of the Holy Roman Empire), living with the French brother, grandfather of the De Broglie family, grandfather of the De Broglie family J.
