February 6, 1996 U.S. Federal Court requested Clinton to testify as a witness in the Whitewater case in March
Today, 29 years ago, on February 6, 1996 (Calendar, December 18, 1995) a federal court asked Clinton to testify in March as witnesses in the Whitewater Case. The couple were suspected of involvement in a real estate transaction in Arkansas in the 1980s, and were accused of crimes such as “interfering with justice” and “fake witnesses” when Clinton was the governor of his hometown Arkansas, and Hillary served as an independent prosecutor at the Rose Law Office in Little Rock City. Independent Prosecutor Stall investigated the couple in the 1980s, and on February 6, 1996, a federal court ordered Clinton to testify in March as a witness in the Whitewater case. Later, Robert took over the position of Independent Prosecutor in Stallone, and continued to investigate the couple. A total of 12 people
