Seventy-five years ago today, on November 24th, 1950 (October 15th, 1950 in the lunar calendar), Wu Xiuquan accused the United States of aggression at the United Nations. On November 24, 1950, Wu Xiuquan, the special representative of China, attended the United Nations Security Council and accused the United States of illegal and criminal armed aggression against Taiwan Province, China.? After the outbreak of the Korean War, Premier Zhou Enlai issued a statement on behalf of the Chinese government, strongly condemning the crimes of the United States' aggression against the DPRK, Taiwan and interference in Asian affairs, and submitted proposals to the United Nations Security Council for resisting the United States' armed aggression against the Chinese territory of Taiwan. He solemnly demanded that the United Nations General Assembly and the Security Council convene meetings to discuss the United States' aggression against China and the DPRK, with representatives of the government of the People's Republic of China attending? On November 28th, Wu Xiuquan, the special representative of the Chinese government, addressed the Security Council, accusing the United States of armed aggression against Taiwan Province, Chinese territory. In his speech, Wu Xiuquan listed a large number of facts, accusing the United States of invading Taiwan Province, China, and sending air force to bomb and strafe China's northeast border areas, killing and injuring China's peaceful residents. It advocated the rationality and justice of Chinese people's Volunteer Army's assistance to the Korean people in resisting aggression, refuted the fallacy of the so-called "undetermined status of Taiwan Province", and pointed out that Taiwan Province is an inalienable part of China's territory.
