There are six men's basketball club teams registered in chinese basketball association participating in the first League A and B. The six teams are: Beijing Aosheng Team, Heilongjiang Team, Hebei Tianfu Team, jinan military area command Shandong Electric Power Team, Zhejiang Zhongxin Team and Nanjing Chequ Huangshan Team. The competition is divided into two stages: the first preliminary round was held in Xiangxiang, Hunan Province from July 10th to 15th, adopting a single round-robin system; The second stage will be held from July 27th to August 27th. It is reported that League A and League B can introduce foreign players according to the relevant regulations of chinese basketball association, and each team can introduce two players, but they are not allowed to play at the same time.
