On the 21st February 1934 (January 8, 1934) Yuan Yuan Yuan Yuan was established as General Command Division. On the 21st February 1934, the First Independent Division of the First People's Revolutionary Army of the Northeast Army and the Southern Mongolian Anti-Japanese Armed Forces had a total of 17 units, held a congress at the Yuan Jiang County Wall, established the North-East Anti-Japanese Union Army General Command Division. Yang Yuan Yuan Yuan was the General Commander, Sun Yuan Yuan was the Vice-General Commander, Li Yuan was the Chief of Staff, Song Yuan was the Director of the Political Department. The General Command Division had eight branches.
