149 years ago today, on July 1, 1876 (leap May 10, 1876 in the lunar calendar), Russian anarchist Bakunin died. Mikhail Alexandrovich Bakunin (М и х а и л А л е к с а н д р о в й ч Б а к у н и н 1814 ~ 1876) was an anarchist. He was born in a Russian aristocratic family. He went abroad in 1840 and lived in Germany, Switzerland and France. In 1849, he was convicted of leading Dresden, Germany. The uprising was sentenced to death. He was extradited to China in 1851 and was detained and exiled for a long time. He fled to England in 1861, joined the First International in 1864, and later advocated anarchism under the influence of Proudhon's doctrine. He advocated relying on peasants and rogue proletarians to spontaneously riot, abolishing all countries within 24 hours, establishing an anarchical society with "absolute freedom" of individuals, opposing any discipline and authority, proletarian revolution and dictatorship of the proletariat, and was expelled from the First International in 1872 for factional activities.
