In 901, the Yerevan Yerevan (872-926) was established as Yerevan (military leader). Later he replaced Yerevan as the leader. He captured a large number of Han and other ethnic minorities, increased wealth, and the power was strong; and adopted the recommendations of the Han, overthrew the election system of the clan society, defeated the obstructions and destruction of the conservative forces.

On March 17, 916 (February 22 of the Chidan Book of the Year), the Yerevan Emperor resembled the Han dynasty system, called the "Great Holy Tomorrow Emperor", the Lia Taizou, the Temple of Lia Taizou, the Temple of the Founding God Book, the First Son of Yerevan, the Prince of the State, and the Chidan Emperor. And subsequently annexed Roomwe, Yerevan and Bose, divided them into new entries belonging to the Chidan people's ministry, ruled separately by the nobles of the eight provinces of Chidan. The Yerevan Emperor named the Emperor, officially announced the end of the Chidan tribal union election system, the establishment of the slave state.
