Twenty-eight years ago today, on December 5th, 1997 (November 6th, 1997 in the lunar calendar), the composer Wang Ming died. Wang Mo, a 63-year-old first-class composer of China Symphony Orchestra, suffered a sudden cerebral hemorrhage when he went out for a walk at noon on November 28th. When he was taken to a taxi, he could clearly tell his home address, but he fell into a coma before he was taken to the hospital. Finally, he died after seven days in a deep coma. It was 11: 07 noon on December 5th, 1997. In the evening, there was a sudden heavy snow in Beijing. In 1973, Wang Mo wrote the episode "Fisherman's Girl at the Sea" for the film Haixia, and the song "On the Sea, on the Beach ¡­" not only criticized himself, but also brought long-lost melody and stretch to people surrounded by the Cultural Revolution and Model Opera. Then there are the theme songs of the movie Black Triangle, "The spring water in the frontier is clear and pure", "My sister looks for my brother's tears" in Little Flower, "Mom, look at me" in Sakura, "Rose in my heart" in Tears, and "Spring in the motherland is always there" in the second handshake... These theme songs of the movie mean an era for Chinese people. With the prosperity of literature and film and television works in the new era, these film and television songs have been sung all over the world, becoming the first batch of original pop songs in the new era. Their birth has broken the popularity of Hong Kong and Taiwan songs, and among their singers, the first batch of pop musicians in China have emerged. Therefore, Chinese people will never forget Wang Ming. Shi Lemeng, an 80-year-old composer, went to the hospital to visit Wang Mo with crutches. When he left, he made a happy face: "It's okay, his illness is lighter than Shi Guangnan's..." Composer Shi Guangnan died of the same illness as Wang Mo seven years ago at the age of 49. Once upon a time, Wang Min, Shi Guangnan and Wang Liping were known as the "troika" of young composers in the new era. Because of this, composer Wang Liping said when the reporter called his home at 12: 30 in the middle of the night, "Wang Ming is an outstanding and representative one of this generation." Also visiting the hospital was Zhu Mingying. More than ten years ago, Wang Ming's "Song of the Corner" made her stand out from a dancer to a singer. She can't forget every support and encouragement given to her by Teacher Wang Ming. "When I came out of the hospital, I cried in the wind for a long time. I was thinking that life is so fragile, but Mr. Wang Ming lived a wonderful life. He not only held up a generation of music, but also many of us," she said. Wang Ming was one of the first musicians to start a popular music training class in China. In 1987, he founded a popular music training class trained by China Conservatory of Music, with younger singers Sun Hao, Li Shu and Hu Xiaoqing. During his coma, singer Sun Hao went there almost every day, chattering to his teacher endlessly, "Wake up, I'll take you to dye your hair, and we'll live beautifully and energetically ¡­" In 1988, Wang Ming founded China Light Music Association, and later edited Music Life. His first symphony, The Great Wall, has just finished its first movement. "Wang Ming gives everything he has to music," said Qiao Yu, a 70-year-old lyricist, lamenting their friendship and cooperation for more than 30 years.
