On August 1, 2010 (Lunar Calendar, June 21, 2010), the "Online Game Management Provisional Measures" was implemented. On June 22, 2010, the Ministry of Culture issued the "Online Game Management Provisional Measures", which clearly stipulates that online gaming operators should require online gaming users to use valid identity documents for real-name registration, and store user registration information. The "Online Game Management Provisional Measures" issued by the Ministry of Culture, for the first time systematically made clear regulations on the entertainment content, market entity, business activity, operating behavior and legal responsibilities of online games. This is the first departmental regulatory measure in China specifically for the management and regulation of online games, has a major and far-reaching impact on the healthy development of Chinese online games. The measure was offici
