On May 12, 2003, three explosions in Riyadh killed 213 people. On the evening of May 13, 2003, Saudi Arabia¡¯s Prince and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah issued a national compassion book, strongly condemning the terrorist bombing of the 12th midnight in Riyadh.
