On June 4, 1928, Wu Junsheng, a military and political figure during the Beiyang period of the Republic of China, died. Wu Junsheng (1863-1928.6.4), formerly known as Zhaoen and Xiufeng, was later renamed Junsheng, Xingquan and Ziqin, nicknamed Wu Da Tongue, originally from Licheng, Shandong Province. The Wu family has been farming for generations. In the late years of Xianfeng, Shandong had a bad year. Forced to make a living, they moved to the northeast to make a living, and later settled in Xinglonggou, Changtu (now Xinglonggou, Changqing Village, Laocheng Town, Changtu County, Liaoning Province). Wu Junsheng has eight siblings. He is the eldest among men and has two younger brothers. Because of his poverty, when he was seven or eight years old, he herded horses and sheep for others. At the age of 13, he went to Qingfeng Pawnshop in Siping Street as a boy. Because of his stubborn temperament, he caused trouble and was soon dismissed. Later, he sold horses with his father. At the age of 17, he entered the Liaoyuan theft camp. He worked as a cook and groom successively. At the age of 20, he was incorporated into the cavalry. In the army, he fought bravely and was promoted five times with his merits. By the 34th year of Guangxu (1908), he became the commander of the back road patrol team in Fengtian (now Liaoning Province) and an alternate commander-in-chief. He was known as Zhang Zuolin, Feng Delin, and Ma Longtan. Four important military figures in Fengtian. When the Revolution of 1911 broke out, Wu Junsheng was ordered by Zhao Erxun, governor of the three northeastern provinces, and Zhang Zuolin to jointly call Yuan Shikai, prime minister of the cabinet, demanding that he be diligent and loyal to the Qing court. Comment: He was one of the main leaders of Fengxi warlords and a loyal partner of Zhang Zuolin when he was in charge of Fengtian. He was later killed by the Japanese in Huanggutun together with Zhang Zuolin.
