This conference determined the scope of national taxation as: tariffs, salt tax, goods tax, one trade tax, printing tax, transaction tax, deposit interest income tax, inheritance tax, salary remuneration income tax, special consumption behavior tax, slaughter tax, housing tax, land price tax, license tax 14 types. This conference formulated tax law, tax rate and tax objectives, the implementation rules of the national tax administration, the draft regulations for the provisional organization of the national tax authorities at various levels.
