94 years ago today, on January 15, 1931 (November 27, 1930, the Central Bureau of the Communist Party of China's Soviet Area was established. According to the decision of the Third Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Central Bureau of the Soviet Area of the Communist Party of China was officially established in Huangpi, Ningdu County, Jiangxi Province on January 15, 1931. The bureau guides the work of the National Soviet Regional Party. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China appointed Zhou Enlai as Secretary of the Central Bureau of the Soviet Area.
