Sheng shicai Sheng shicai(1892-1970), the word Jin Yong, the original name Zhen Jia, the word De San. Lieutenant General of the Kuomintang Army was added to the rank of general. In 1915, he graduated from Wusong China Public School in Shanghai with the Department of Political Economy. He graduated from the Northeast Military Arts Hall and was later sent to the Japan Army University for further study. After returning to China in 1927, he worked in the Staff Headquarters of the Military Committee of the Nanjing National Government. In 1930, he served as Colonel Staff of the Xinjiang Border Supervision Office, Lieutenant General Chief of Staff and Commander-in-Chief of the "Bandits Suppression" on the East Road. After 1933, he served as Xinjiang Border Guard Supervisor, Chairman of the Xinjiang Provincial Government, and Commander of the Xinjiang Garrison. He was known as the "King of Xinjiang." Authoritarianism, arbitrary collection, fleshing the people, and massacre Communists. During the 11 years Sheng Shicai ruled Xinjiang, more than 100,000 people were imprisoned by Luo Zhi, of whom 50,000 were brutally killed. In 1949, Sheng Shicai fled to Taiwan with Chiang Kai-shek and was successively employed as a national policy adviser to the Presidential Office and a general of the Ministry of National Defense. On July 13, 1970, the 75-year-old Sheng Shicai died of illness in Taipei, ending his shameful and sinful life. But he made great contributions by returning Xinjiang to the country.
