On this day, 33 years ago, November 29, 1992 (November 6, 1992, the lunar calendar), my country's first case of personal reputation infringement. The plaintiff Feng Xin (second from right) expressed his opinion on the judgment of the Xicheng District People's Court. On the afternoon of November 29, 1992, Wang Yanqiu and other four people were searched by security personnel when they were shopping at the Star City Fast Food Restaurant Boutique House of Huawei Building in Beijing because they were suspected of having misdemeanor, constituting a personal reputation infringement case that caused a sensation in the capital. Later, Wang Yanqiu and other four people filed a lawsuit with the People's Court of Xicheng District, Beijing City, and closed the case in favor.
