On this day, 64 years ago, on January 14, 1961 (November 28, 1960, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed "adjustment, consolidation, enrichment and improvement" of economic work. It is a policy adopted by the Communist Party of China to restore and develop the national economy to overcome the severe economic difficulties from 1959 to 1961.
