On October 1, the Japanese army divided its troops from Lianjiang to attack and plunder Fuzhou in two directions: all the way from Pandu and Tangling to invade Dabeiling; All the way to capture Min 'an Town and Mawei, on October 4, the Japanese army attacked and occupied Fuzhou from Dabeiling and Mawei, and occupied Changle at the same time. Fuzhou fell for the second time.
