On this day, 86 years ago, June 25, 1939 (May 9, 1939, the Soviet Union provided huge loans to China. Soviet aid to China entered Xinjiang. In June 1939, the Soviet government decided to lend US $150 million to China. In order to determine the use of the above loans, China government representative Sun Ke and Soviet representative Mikoyan signed the treaty on the 13th. The treaty stipulates that the loans provided by the Soviet government will be used by the China government to purchase "industrial products and equipment produced in the Soviet Union," while the China government will repay them with tea, leather, animal hair, antimony, tin, zinc, tungsten, silk, cotton and other products produced in China.
