Thirty years ago today, April 22, 1995 (March 23, 1995 in the lunar calendar), there was a tragedy in the Rwandan refugee camp. The tragic situation in the Kiboo refugee camp On April 22 and 23, 1995, the Patriotic Front, mainly Tutsi, forced Hutu refugees in the Kiboo refugee camp to return to their hometowns and used force to kill more than 2000 refugees.
