He revived the Zhenshanyuan of Kenin-ji Temple in Kyoto and built a tea room such as a temple (a national treasure). Now there is a Yurakucho in Chiyoda District, Tokyo, which is named after the place where Yurakucho lived, and the remains of the house where he lived still exist. There is also a Yurakucho in the place where Yurakucho lived in Osaka City (according to ancient maps, the location should be near the World Tea House in Nisei Ward, Osaka City (near the World Tea House Station of Nanami Electric Railway and Osaka Municipal Subway), but it no longer exists due to many rezoning after the war.
